The University is also committed to the principle of pay equity 和 expressly prohibits disparate pay on the basis of an employee's race, color, 国家的起源, 年龄, 宗教, 残疾, 性, 性取向, 性别认同, 性别表达, 婚姻状况, 遗传信息, military enlistment or veteran status. Employees are not prohibited from discussing their salaries 和/or compensation with other employees 和 non-employees.
